As human beings, we all were born equal. None has a right to discriminate people about something that they are naturally born with. It may be their color, their religion, their sect or maybe their gender as well. All these things have been given to us naturally by our Creator and we did not have a choice to select our religion, race and colour. All of this is God’s creation and He is the best of planners. So whatever religion we follow, whatever family back ground we have, is been planned by God and we don’t have a right to object on it.
People who discriminate others based on their color, religion , gender ,sect or caste are called racists. Racism has existed throughout human history. It may be defined ashatred of one person by an another or the belief that another person is less than human because of their skin ,color ,language ,customs or any factor that reveals the basic nature of that person. Racism has influenced wars ,slavery, the formation of nations and legal codes.
This picture shows us one side of what I have all described above. There is a difference in both of these people’s colour but that has nothing to do with their personality. The white one is as blessed as the black one is but this certainly has nothing to do with the way they live or the way they eat. Both of them share feelings and both have equal rights. Unforunately, these days we can see a lot of differences in our society. People will judge you based on how many cars you have whether it is big or small or how rich or poor are you and your family or what colour you have? Let me question you all something. If some people don’t have as big cars you have then how does it certainly effect your life in any manner? Will it make you more happier by making some one else sad? if some one is less richer than you are so why not keep all your feelings to yourself rather than making them feel less fortunate or make those people question their fate or hurt their feelings? When it has been cleared by our Creator that all of are equal then why do we need to question any one’s appearances when they are not those who have decided of how they look? Why is there so much of arrogance in our society when all of us will one day be in a white coffin and that’s all. Why do we develop so much of pride wearing branded clothes as if that Is some thing people are going to remember. People will always remember your personality , remember that always. Many people have stood up against racism which has brought a bit change in some places. We as individuals also need to raise our voices against racism as this is an act of torture for those who have been discriminated for all their ways which was supernaturally given to them. Here is a short story I would be willing to share with you all on racism.
This happened on TAM airlines.
A 50-something year old white woman arrived at her seat and saw that the passenger next to her was a black man.
Visibly furious, she called the air hostess.”What’s the problem, ma?” the hostess asked her
“Can’t you see?” the lady said – “I was given a seat next to a black man. I can’t seat here next to him. You have to change my seat”
– “Please, calm down, ma” – said the hostess
“Unfortunately, all the seats are occupied, but I’m still going to check if we have any.”
The hostess left and returned some minutes later.
“Madam, as I told you, there isn’t any empty seat in this class- economy class.
But I spoke to the captain and he confirmed that there isn’t any empty seats in the economy class. We only have seats in the first class.”
And before the woman said anything, the hostess continued
“Look, it is unusual for our company to allow a passenger from the economy class change to the first class.
However, given the circumstances, the commandant thinks that it would be a scandal to make a passenger travel sat next to an unpleasant person.”
And turning to the black man, the hostess said:
“Which means, Sir, if you would be so nice to pack your handbag, we have reserved you a seat in the first class…”
And all the passengers nearby, who were shocked to see the scene started applauding, some standing on their feet.”

This was a great step taken to silence the white woman.
A short poem on racism:
Raise your voices
And take a stance
Collaborate your intellects
Systematically changing
Minds that are trapped in a trance
We as individuals need to take an oath of stopping racism nearby instead of just witnessing it. Together we can head towards a better society.
Thankyou.
